Scout Welcomes Peter Bemisderfer as Pre-Construction Manager

With nearly two decades of experience in construction supply and operations, Peter brings a solutions-focused mindset and deep industry insight to our growing team. Most recently, he served as Director of Purchasing at New South Construction Supply (a Colony Company), where he led a team of procurement professionals across the Southeast.

Peter’s leadership style is hands-on and team-oriented, grounded in operational expertise and a keen ability to identify value-driving opportunities. As we take on more complex MEP projects across the region, his experience will be instrumental in keeping our pre-construction process efficient, transparent, and closely aligned with client goals.
